St. Luke's Hospital - Cleveland, OH

Built in 1926 as the Cleveland General Hospital. It opened with 40 physicians, and 125 nurses. Later it became known as St. Luke's Hospital, and then St. Luke's Medical Center. It was closed in January of 1999. It is currently awaiting a $72 million community redevelopment plan. More history to come soon. |
