Squire's Castle - Willoughby Hills, OH

This small stone structure in the Metro Parks has a reputation all over the internet for being haunted, its not! No one ever lived here and no one ever died here. It was supposed to be a gatehouse for a much larger estate that was never built. The owner's wife decided she didn't want to live in the country and so the mansion was never built and the gatehouse was never finished. They donated the entire property to the state and it was turned into a park. Weddings are sometimes held here and on summer days there are lots of couples picnicking, and people playing frisbee, no ghosts though.
