The Jeffrey - Columbus, OH

The Jeffrey was built in 1924 for The Jeffrey Manufacturing Company for its world headquarters and also research and development. We are not sure how long the build sat empty but when we were there the building was free of graffiti and had little to no vandalism, a rarity for abandoned buildings in Columbus which are typically used as havens for graffiti artists.

This building has recently been given new life. It is now a 98 unit luxury condo and apartment complex.
